Responsibilities: • Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Regularly meet with the sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills Compensation: $12,480 - $20,800 yearly + commissions
