• Compensation: Annual salary of $65,000 to $75,000+, commensurate with experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-4+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience.
• Licensure: Active Life & Health license.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with benefits administration software.
• Communication & Organization: Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Client Management: Experience with small and large group accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Servicing: Manage and service primarily small to large group accounts.
• Client Relationship Development: Foster client relationships through trust and professionalism.
• Enrollment Support: Assist with open enrollment initiatives.
• Document Processing: Process endorsements, proposals, and renewals.
• Information Handling: Respond to requests for information and documentation.
