Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help oversee the operations of a single store. Your responsibilities will include hiring, guiding, and managing associates to achieve financial objectives, while ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience. Don't worry! We will equip you for success with over 3 weeks of comprehensive store leadership training.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma is required
• Ability to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is preferable

Work Environment:

This role involves working in areas that can be hot due to steam and food vapors. There will be long periods of standing, and you'll need to prepare both hot and cold foods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to a fast-paced work environment is essential. Effective verbal communication skills and conflict management abilities are also important.

Pay Range: $26.50 - $29.50 per hour. Please note that individual pay is determined by factors such as work location and experience. Bonuses are not guaranteed and can change at any time.
