Overview

Jr. Client Delivery Manager - Remote (Need only US Citizens)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver client-focused projects with technical engagements.
• Interface with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Apply project management best practices to managed services and cloud-related initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business, Math or Statistics OR significant Professional Equivalence.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to interface with all levels of an organization including Directors and VPs.
• Proven project management experience leading technical engagements.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, software, and systems (i.e. networking, virtualization, VMware, hypervisors).
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of SAP Software, implementations, upgrades, etc.

Desired

• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Practical understanding of cloud architecture and IaaS operations model.
• Knowledge of enterprise technology infrastructure (networks, storage, enterprise server software including Windows Server, Linux, and monitoring technologies).
• Prior experience with SAP Mission Critical Applications (Financial Systems/Billing Systems/Procurement Systems) and/or SAP BASIS.
• Experience in a Managed Services environment.
• Ability to interface with clients at the CxO level as required.
