Exciting opportunity to join a successful emergency physician group, which staffs three emergency departments in Bakersfield California. Full time employment consists of 144 hours a month in shifts ranging from 9-12 hours long (typically 12-15 shifts/month). Competitive pay Attractive PTO (Paid Time Off, 401k is at a level of 6% contribution with graduated vesting. There is also $750/mo health insurance and $2500/year CME/equipment paid to physician.
