Empire Aesthetic Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dermatologist with knowledge in general and cosmetic dermatology to join our thriving practice in Bakersfield, Ca.

Empire Aesthetic Center is a full service medical, surgical, and aesthetic practice with a strong focus on delivering superior clinical and cosmetic services. Our team of providers specializes in providing the highest quality care to our patients. Our offices have excellent support staff that will allow you to fully focus on your patients during each encounter.

Opportunity Highlights

• Flexible schedule

• Part-time (3 days/wk)
• Provide a mix of medical, surgical & cosmetic dermatology
• Group is willing to train on cosmetics if needed

The position offers an income guarantee, production and retention incentive as well as an extensive benefits package, including:

Total Compensation

Full-time $450,000-$600,000

Part-time $200,000-$350,000

Requirements

• BC/BE Dermatology
• Open to new graduates out of residency/fellowship
• Medical Degree with a completed residency in Dermatology
• Current California Medical License or ability to obtain a California Medical license prior to employment start date
• Must have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) or ability to obtain an NPI prior to employment start date
  
  

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear
• Sufficient visual acuity and hand dexterity to perform Essential Functions/Responsibilities
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
  
  

Travel

• Must be able to travel to attend conferences, training, and other events as required
  
  

Reports to

• Practice Administrator, CEO and Medical Director
