This boutique, fully remote law firm provides Outside General Counsel services to a range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies like Meta to Series A start-ups, particularly those in the A.I. space. The firm's unique business model eliminates the expectation of tracking hours or hitting an hours expectation. It is also extremely cost effective for clients, conferring significant value that has yielded a surge in business and rapid growth. The firm seeks an additional Counsel or Partner to join its team. Portable business is required, as well as broad corporate law experience, including corporate governance, ECVC, employee contracts, and M&A.
