Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:
Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
Report violations of lease and house rules
Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant's maintenance needs are being met
Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
Perform preventative maintenance duties
Maintaining excellent curb appeal
Follow policies and procedures

Requirements
Job Requirements for Maintenance Technician II:
Minimum of 4+ years of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenance
Basic knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, minor fixes such as patching a wall, fixing a doorknob, appliance repair, unit turnovers, and work orders
Basic familiarity with use of computers and technology. Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Able to work as a team and independently
Ability to follow directions, handle constructive criticism and able to communicate well
Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Salary Description
23.00 per hour plus benefits
