Role Overview
- Comply with all internal and external health, safety, security, and environmental policies.
- Meet established company timeframes for tasks to achieve department goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare equipment for job set-up.
- Fill and transport chemical containers to designated staging areas.
- Accurately complete production records for product tracking.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance for product testing.
- Lift and move containers weighing up to 55 pounds regularly.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and take initiative.
- Work independently while receiving support from the Shift Lead or Area Supervisor.
- Engage in departmental and company improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of specialty chemicals and ISO-9002 standards.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including inclement weather.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
