About the Role
Our Team Members are cross-trained in all areas of our front line - from operating the register and serving guests to preparing smoothies and veggie juices, and serving our delicious Crush Juices.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with their needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality products with care and attention to detail.
• Learn and master various positions to help operations run smoothly.
• Manage your cash drawer responsibly and accurately process all transactions.
• Open and close the store following company guidelines.
• Uphold all company policies, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively and work as a team with fellow crew members.
• Perform all duties safely and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
