Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities

The role of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food items with precision and accuracy, while continuously observing and implementing the appropriate quality assurance and food safety procedures to meet the restaurant's demand and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintains verbal communication with FOH
  2. Supervises food quality
  3. Marinates and breads chicken
  4. Ensures the chicken is inspected appropriately
  5. Follows receipts accordingly
  6. Ensures restaurant compliance with health and sanitation standards
  7. Follows the chicken forecast protocol
  8. Filtration of oil to ensure quality standards
  9. Fully clean equipment
  10. Maintains general sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, kitchen services, and dishes and utensils.
  11. Follows and complies with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
