Your tasks:

• With the help of our support team, write resumes that will get the applicant to their destination
• Communicate with the customer to respond to their change requests
• Work on time and keep the customer updated on the project's progress

Your profile:

• You have perfect knowledge of German spelling and grammar
• You have experience in customer service
• You have an eye for detail
• You have work experience in various professional fields
• You have a good understanding of different professional fields
• It is no problem for you to work on several projects at the same time and meet deadlines
• You have the ability to be a friendly and competent contact person for the customer
• Working quickly and efficiently and meeting deadlines is no problem for you
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word
• You have good English skills

Bonus, but not a prerequisite:

• You have >3 years of experience writing resumes
• You have experience with ATS (Application Tracking System)
• You have experience in human resources and professional counseling
