We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Virtual Assistant to support our client's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling financial tasks in a virtual setup.
A Finance / Trust Account VA's role is supportive, focused on transaction recording, reconciliations, admin, and reporting prep. The licensed accountant/tax agent remains responsible for regulatory submissions and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
- Monitor budgets and forecast cash flow
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Support in bookkeeping, data entry, and other administrative finance tasks

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Australian FINANCE / TRUST ACCOUNT handling is highly desirable.
- Alternatively, a strong background in the Australian Real Estate industry will be considered an advantage.
Technical and Software Requirements:
- Ensure you have the necessary equipment and tools for smooth workflow.
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50mbps).
- Suitable hardware including a computer or laptop, webcam, microphone, and headset.
- Collaboration tools such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and project management tools.

Work Schedule:

Salary Package:
