I have a great client actively hiring a permanent Laboratory Manager .

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and supervises all functions of the clinical laboratory
• Responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining PAR
• Recognizes results or problems that require referral to the Pathologist
• Works on the bench when needed

• Critical access hospital ( 25 beds)
• Well-established (founded 50+ years ago)

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology, Biology or Chemistry
• California licensure as a Medical Technologist
• Proficiency in use of laboratory equipment and testing
