Business Intelligence Analyst III who:
This position is responsible for designing and ongoing analysis of corporate and business Key Performance Indicators as well as health care information, population analysis, financial, and demographic data. The Business Intelligence Analyst III position is one of the primary interfaces for reporting management, advance health analytics, data governance and gathering reporting requirements for delivery. A Business Intelligence Analyst III should also have strong problem-solving skills, initiate investigative efforts and be an independent thinker.
Essential Functions:- Organized team member that is willing to accept responsibility, shows good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness, and is able to work under the supervision of senior team members.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities findings and provides actionable insights and recommendations.
- Participates in gaining consensus on guidelines and metric development (Key Performance Issues/ KPIs)
- Communicate and provide information of high value to support decision making demands.
- Works with the Data Analytics, Reporting and Process Improvement teams to create information rich reports utilizing the CSV operation data store or data warehouse.
- Provide user education of business intelligence and analytical applications to assist in ensuring access to data with the goal of promoting self-service and reduced reliance on technical resources in order to obtain data.
- Works directly with internal business partners and management for data collection, data analysis, methodology, and documentation
- RDBMS - Thorough understanding of the techniques used in relational Database Management Systems.
You'll be successful with the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field from an accredited institution or equivalent and four (4) years progressive experience in report writing or reporting analytics preferably for a medium to large health care organization or six (6) years of experience as a Business Analysts with CSV or similar organization with an emphasis on business analytics. Education may be substituted with report writing or analytical work experience on a year for year basis, and will be reviewed individually.
