Regional Human Resources Manager

The Role:

The Regional Human Resources Manager will support 4 plants in California, Oregon, Texas, and Arkansas. This role reports to the Director of HR and works closely with regional operations and plant leadership to oversee HR strategy, compliance, hiring, and employee programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations across 4 facilities
  • Lead recruiting strategy and support hiring efforts
  • Manage onboarding, training, and performance processes
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws
  • Support managers with employee relations and day-to-day HR issues
  • Promote culture, retention, and employee engagement
  • Track and improve turnover metrics
  • Support local DEI and community initiatives
  • Help align HR practices with company-wide goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
  • Strong knowledge of California labor laws; working knowledge of TX, OR, and AR laws
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience in a similar multi-site role
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • High integrity, professionalism, and discretion
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50%. (The HR Manager will travel to each of the other three plants in Oregon, Texas, and Arkansas for one week every other month)
