About the Role:

Decagon is looking for aDirector, Strategic Partnerships, a critical member of our team that will build and foster our Partner ecosystem to expand our market reach, to increase our brand visibility, and to provide more value to our customers with our AI-powered solutions. You are ready to develop an independent Partner GTM Channel to reach our potential customers faster, wider, and more effectively.We will rely on you to:

  • Create and effectively navigate an agile partner network including ISV's, VARs, SI's, Consulting Organizations and Investors

  • Develop an independent, partner-driven channel for marketing, positioning, and re-selling our AI-powered solutions

  • Engage and grow our relationships with hyperscalers including GCP, Azure and AWS

  • Build meaningful and long-lasting partnerships within our ecosystem, acting as an ambassador for Decagon and a trusted advisor to our partners

  • Own joint business plans with each partner, ensuring appropriate review cadence, adequate level of joint engagement, and mutual accountability

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and leading B2B SaaS GTM Partnership organizations

  • Working knowledgeof negotiating, deploying, and running effective B2B SaaS channel (reseller) partnerships

  • Track record of building out multi-channel GTM alongside a strong direct sales team

  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion and teamwork skills

Even better if you possess:

  • At least some experience working with hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, and / or Azure)

  • Track record of successfully navigating the rapidly evolving AI partnership ecosystem

  • Exposure to enhancing technical partnerships with commercial referral / co-marketing / co-selling agreements

  • Experience working at a high-growth SaaS startup environment
