Our mission is to remove complexity so providers can focus on care-and grow sustainably.Role Overview:We're hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale a team of inside sales reps focused on converting inbound and outbound-qualified leads across multiple verticals (chiropractic, mental health, functional medicine). You'll deliver revenue outcomes, build systems, and ensure the team's success through coaching, structure, and execution.Key Responsibilities:Own revenue outcomes for new client ARRManage, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 quota-carrying AEsHire and onboard new reps with clear ramp and accountability plansBuild, document, and enforce SOPs for discovery, demos, follow-ups, and closingCollaborate with marketing on lead qualification and campaign alignmentPartner with onboarding to streamline handoffs and improve first-90-day retentionBuild weekly dashboards and monthly forecasts to track team performanceRepresent sales voice-of-customer in product feedback and GTM adjustmentsTrack competitors and adjust positioning and pricing tactics accordinglyQualifications:3+ years in SaaS sales leadership, preferably in healthcare or healthtechTrack record of hitting or exceeding team revenue targets in a fast-paced environmentExcellent coach, operator, and communicator with data-driven habitsFamiliarity with Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and other modern RevOps toolsExperience working with multi-product SaaS offerings a strong plusEntrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentalityWhat Success Looks Like:Team achieves 90%+ quota attainment within 90 days of your onboardingPipeline grows 3x through a repeatable outbound/inbound engineSales cycle time shortens by 15-25% due to tighter sales process and alignmentSOPs are established and adopted across all repsClinicMind is seen as the #1 all-in-one practice growth platform in our target verticals
