We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Alternative Payments and Payouts Services to drive the development, execution, and management of our Alternative Payments Business and related value-added services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global non-card payment ecosystems and a proven track record of leading product-driven go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 8 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in payments, financial services, or fintech industries, with a focus on alternative payment methods.
• Proven track record of leadership in developing and managing payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of global payment ecosystems, technologies, and regulatory environments.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 247,300.00 to 386,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
