Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience working with a scaled environment.
  • 10 years of experience in Global Mobility/Global Talent Mobility.
  • Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, managing large-scale transformation projects, and developing and executing a mobility or immigration service vision.
  • Strong people, communication, and leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and ability to formulate data-driven proposals, with a strong bias to action.
  • Strong process design skills.
  • Deep domain expertise in US immigration and global mobility concepts.

As a Global Process Owner for US Immigration, you'll define operational strategies and oversee improvements to processes and technology supporting US immigration and global mobility. You will develop long-term roadmaps, analyze performance metrics, and support decision-making, maintaining partnerships within People Operations and vendors. Collaboration with regional peers, recruiting, and other stakeholders is essential.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can provide specific salary details for your preferred location during hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for our global PX service delivery and resourcing model for US Immigration and global mobility, ensuring regional alignment.
  • Improve end-to-end global mobility and immigration operations to facilitate effective partner discussions.
  • Design process and program improvements considering global needs, advising on risks, dependencies, and technology.
  • Advocate for candidates, Googlers, and delivery teams, developing the PX roadmap and adjusting services to meet business needs.
