We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager who will be responsible for leading our product strategy working both independently as well as through our Product and Tech teams.

The ideal candidate is analytical, loves working backwards from data and customer insights in order to build the right technology and features, and resourceful in finding innovative solutions to unsolved problems. As a product leader, you will have a proven track record of creating a strong vision, managing a dynamic roadmap, communicating priorities clearly with a broad set of stakeholders, and successfully delivering results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products
• Strong communication skills and clear customer focus
• Business level English and Japanese language ability (speaking, reading, writing)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
