Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships by providing great customer service.
• Developing sales leads and scheduling appointments for insurance, taxes, and registration services.
• Educating customers on each type of insurance coverage and making recommendations based on their needs.
• Evaluating current insurance policies and recommending additional coverage when needed.
• Processing payments, renewals, and policy changes.
• Marketing and promoting our agency.
• Clerical duties: data entry, inbound/outbound calls, sending/receiving emails and faxes, etc.

Requirements:

The ideal Customer Service Sales Representative candidate will be self-motivated and take initiative to complete assigned tasks.

• Team player who comes into work every day with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Candidate must be willing to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Determined and open-minded to learning about insurance and how to achieve an excellent sales record.
• Preferred: Bilingual.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute.
• Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
