Ariba, Inc. - CTE Senior Consultant

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Ariba, Inc. seeks a CTE Senior Consultant to assess technical issues and develop system solutions for the deployment and ongoing support of cloud-based products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the customer during the initial assessment, design phase, and throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
2. Design technical configurations for cloud-based solutions.
3. Create technical solutions and implement product changes.
4. Assess customer systems and design integration solutions for cloud deployment.
5. Maintain project plans for technical work streams and manage performance expectations.
6. Perform detailed planning and define blueprints for development requirements.
7. Act as an advisor to customers throughout engagement.
8. Lead resolution of escalations, support system optimization, and occasionally serve as team lead.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field plus six (6) years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus four (4) years of experience.

Experience & Skills:

• Four (4) years involving SAP Ariba Integration with Cloud Integration Gateway, APIs, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP ECC or S/4HANA, and related technologies.
• Two (2) years in ABAP or Java debugging, SAP SCM – SNC or SAP IBP, EDI formats (ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT), and API development with debugging.

Compensation:

Base salary range: $112,621 - $188,730. Total targeted compensation: $123,300 - $209,700, dependent on experience and other factors.
