  • Deal Sourcing: Identify and pursue new investment opportunities through broker relationships, market outreach, and off-market strategies.
  • Lease Execution: Work alongside asset management and legal teams to support leasing efforts, review LOIs, and track lease performance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct macro- and micro-level market research to support investment strategies and identify growth markets.
  • Investor Reporting: Assist in preparing investor reports, presentations, and updates on existing and prospective deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, external partners, brokers, and consultants to drive successful investment outcomes.

Desired Competency, Experience, and Skills:

  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, asset management, private equity, or related field.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and real estate underwriting.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative in a lean and dynamic team environment.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Orange County commercial real estate market and a growing network of industry contacts.
  • Technology Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ARGUS, CoStar, and real estate CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain industry relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field. MBA or Master's in Real Estate is a plus but not required.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious investment professional to grow their career while making a significant impact on deal execution and portfolio performance. If you're looking to work with a collaborative team where your contributions matter, we'd love to hear from you.

This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
