Were seeking a Project Manager with construction expertise to join our growing team in Bakersfield. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budgetwhile managing daily field operations and collaborating with clients, trade partners, and design teams.

As a Project Manager, youll take the lead on coordinating construction activities from pre-con to closeout, with direct oversight of project superintendents, administrative assistants, and field crews. Youll ensure quality standards are met, documentation is accurate, and all work is compliant with safety, environmental, and agency regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial and industrial construction projects, including cold storage, PEMB, and tilt-up buildings.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and field staff to ensure project milestones are met.
• Lead jobsite meetings, manage RFIs/submittals, and oversee documentation in tools like Procore, Primavera 6, and BlueBeam.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and billings with precision and timeliness.
• Supervise and support field staff and ensure jobsite safety and quality.
• Own the closeout process, including punch lists, guarantees, and O&M manuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or trade/technical school training required.
• 57 years of experience in construction management, with supervisory responsibility.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods across structural types.
• Proficiency in construction software tools (Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, Procore, etc.).
• Able to read blueprints and understand building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
