As we continue to grow, we are in search of a strategic and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our purchasing operations to ensure that we procure high-quality materials and services at the best possible prices, while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with the company's goals and budget.
• Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure maximum value for the company.
• Monitor market trends and product availability to ensure timely procurement and cost-effective sourcing.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, purchase orders, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with various departments, including finance and production, to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.
• Analyze and report on purchasing data, providing insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, maintaining ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role, ideally within the distribution or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
