We are seeking a new team member to join our Customer Support team for a confidential product targeting restaurants across the United States. As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our restaurant partners and ensuring their success with our new product. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that can revolutionize the hospitality industry.Responsibilities:Provide 365/12/7 coverage for our Customer Support team, working flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekdays, and weekendsManage our ticket queue primarily through email and text message, with phone or video support as neededBecome a subject matter expert in our new product and troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesAddress merchant issues with empathy and urgency, turning each interaction into a learning opportunity for the merchantDevelop a deep understanding of our product, processes, systems, and tools to effectively diagnose and resolve issuesRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in a related role in technology, hospitality, or customer supportNatural problem-solving skills and ability to triage problems without pre-defined solutionsEmpathy and genuine care for the success of small business ownersFluent in English with above-average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM)Experience in a fast-paced customer service role and ability to adapt to changeStrong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spellingHighly motivated and able to work well in a team environmentAbove-average technological fluencyBonus Points:Familiarity with Toast, Square, Upserve, Micros, Aloha, NCR, or Revel POSExperience with G-Suite, ZenDesk, Slack, Atlassian, SalesforceWollborg Michelson Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination of any kind.
