Job Summary

Under supervision of the Director of Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation, to perform a variety of semi-skilled construction tasks; to perform repair duties in the maintenance of district buildings and grounds; and to do other similar work as assigned.

Valid CDL

Comments and Other Information

Experience: Two years of general building construction and maintenance and grounds work.

Training: Formal or informal training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance. Additional specialized training in general construction or maintenance work or a related field is desirable.
