About the job Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing - Part Time
This position provides services to the Construction Department.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for processing all invoices in INFOR.
Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating and routing as needed.
Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval.
Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed.
Assist Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.Additional Info:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have experience in data entry and be self motivated with minimum supervision
10-key by touch preferred
Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Good communication skills (oral and written), ability to organize with attention to detail
Must be familiar with various office equipment
Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
